Our coaching team wants to help you achieve wellness through weight loss in a healthy manner.
At Achievers Wellness our one on one coaching sessions are designed to help individuals lose and maintain their weight loss. We want to educate and motivate! The coaching sessions are individualized and physician supervised providing a friendly, fun and healthy coaching experience.
For your first visit your coach will perform an initial consultation. This consultation provides an overview of the program, introduces you to the Ideal Protein products and samples and also allow you to ask questions about our philosophy.
Once you decide to become a regular client, you have weekly individual check-ins. These meetings are conducted to review your weekly progress. To do this we will review your food journal and discuss your week. This allows for motivation and encouragement moving forward with your journal. Your coach will also provide recipes and tips for success. This is all done in a non-judgement and open environment while pushing you to achieve your goals in a healthy manner.
At Achievers Wellness our mission is to help as many people as possible achieve wellness through weight loss in a healthy manner. We find a combination of nutrition and personal coaching leads to success. We work with any busy schedule and are traveler friendly. With our simple and structured format it is easy to help clients lose fat and maintain muscle mass all with delicious food.
